This wiccan necklace is composed of a black metal frame adorned with a cabochon ( 25mm diameter glass dome ) representing the moon symbol of the Greek goddess Hecate.
Hecate is part of the lunar triad, along with the other two goddesses Selene and Artemis. She represents the new moon - the black moon - which symbolizes death or rebirth.

The medallion measures 35mm or 1,4 inch in diameter.
